Setup in Minutes

  1. Connect one Halo H30G to your modem via Ethernet and power it on.
  2. Install and open the MERCUSYS App; follow the guided steps to name your network and set a password.
  3. Place the other two Halos halfway between your main Halo and the areas with weak signal; plug them in to auto-pair.

Best-Practice Placement Tips

  • Keep Halos in open spaces, above floor level, away from thick walls or large metal objects.
  • Ensure each Halo has a strong link to at least one other Halo; if possible, use Ethernet backhaul for maximum stability.
  • Use a single SSID for seamless roaming across your home.

Notes & Compatibility

  • This is a Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) system. For Wi-Fi 6/6E features, consider a Wi-Fi 6/6E mesh alternative.
